This year we had 5 entries - down from last years 13.
The Winnipeg Tenpin Bowling Association added $200.00.
Notable scores: Arnold Huska 211, 213, 209. The highest game was 213 and
the lowest was 113.
Seeing that the tournament was almost cancelled a different format was
used where all bowlers that attended received prize money. This was due to there
were also tournaments being run in other bowling houses.
Thanks to Blair Chaban and the staff at Bowl Below for the excellent
service provided during the Tournament. Thanks to Peter Wight the Tournament
Director and Ron Molinski.
Thanks to Pam Buote who came out to sell 50/50 tickets for CancerCare
and Prostate Cancer but with the low number of bowlers tickets were not sold.
Thanks to all that participated in the tournament. See you at the next
Tournament which is the 97th WTBA Annual Tournament running on
January 19th and 20th at Chateau Bowling Lanes. Hope to see you all
there
