The Jeanne Stear was a success this year with 24 entries down from 29 last year.  However, there were only 12 leagues out of 32 that were represented. 

The winner was Rose Sylvester with a score of 790 (679+111 Hdcp).

Rose Sylvester also won the high game with hdcp. (254+37=291). Which is $50.00

Last year's winner was Karen Everton from the St. John’s Sportsmen’s League.

The high game of the Tournament was 254 and the lowest was 93.

Rose Sylvester receives a CTF 250 game pin and a 125 pins-over-average series Chevron.     

24 Entries x $16.00 = $384.00 Prize Money + $150.00 Added = $534.00

Thanks to Lynda Seewald, the Tournament Director, and to Wanda Howard, and Ron Molinski for helping to run the tournament. Thanks to Pat Wight for selling 50/50 tickets for Breast and Prostate CancerCare. $86.00 was raised.

Thanks to all league secretaries for arranging all the bowlers that were in attendance. Thanks to all that participated in the tournament and we hope you enjoyed yourself and made new acquaintances. See you at the next Tournament which is the WTBA Annual Tournament at LaVerendrye Bowling Lanes on Saturday and Sunday January 18th and 19th 2014.
