Mitch Hupé rolls an 837 series. Wow!!
Well, Mitch has done it again! He's set yet another Youth record, and this one will be pretty tough to beat.
On Sunday, March 28, 2010, Hupé was bowling in
the Annual Youth Tournament, in a Doubles Event, with teammate
Brittany Crawford, when things just started clicking. He went
on a tear, rolling games of 268, 289, and 280, for a phenomenal
three-game series of 837. This is practically unheard of for
Youth, especially for someone in the Junior division - yes, he is
only 15 years old!! Look out bowling world - here comes
Hupé !!
By the way, this is not just a Manitoba record, it is a Canadian
record! Yahoo !!
An interesting side note is that the ball that Hupé used was one given to him by Earl Sobotkiewicz. It is a Rotogrip Mars ball. What a gift!!
