Danielle Lemoine - A Perfect Game!!
On March 21st, at Laverendrye Lanes, in her Monday night youth league, Danielle rolled her first-ever perfect game. It was her first game of the night, and was on lanes 1&2, not known for being especially "friendly" to us bowlers.
Dani said she was not really thinking about a perfecto until she had the first 8. She threw the 9th strike, and then it really started to hit her. In her words, she said the 10th and 11th strikes were "not the best shots and I was a little shaky". But she overcame her nerves, and threw a solid 12th strike to top it off. Her first 300!
She's on a roll. The previous day, at the CTF Youth Provincials, Danielle took the top spot in her division, and will be representing Manitoba at the CTF Nationals in June, Burnaby, BC.
